No. You can keep using your notebook as always. atresir sends each reservation via Telegram and you write it down wherever you want. When you're ready to go fully digital, the complete system is there waiting for you.
How long until it's up and running?
Less than a week. We configure everything with you via video call: shifts, tables, schedules, zones. We handle setting it all up so you can start receiving reservations.
Is there a commission per reservation?
No, never. You pay a flat monthly fee and accept as many reservations as you want. No fine print, no cost per guest.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You have a 30-day guarantee. If you're not happy, we refund your money, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no commitment on either plan. Cancel whenever you want with no penalty.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your customers book from their phone or computer browser. No downloads, no sign-ups, no hassle.
What happens when I'm full?
You press "Close shift" and the system automatically stops accepting reservations. You have full control at all times.
Does it work with Google?
Yes. We set up your Google Business listing with a direct booking button. Your customers can book from Google Maps without even visiting your website.
