Online reservations, anytime
The customer chooses date, time, and number of guests from their phone or computer. The system only shows time slots with real availability. If the restaurant has zones (terrace, indoor, bar), the customer can choose their preference. The reservation is confirmed in seconds with a confirmation email including all details.
Automatic table assignment
Each reservation is automatically assigned to a specific table. The system chooses the most suitable table based on party size, preferred zone, and current availability. If needed, it combines multiple tables for large groups. All without restaurant intervention.
Full control from the dashboard
The management dashboard works on any device: computer, tablet, or phone. From there you can view all of today's reservations, create manual reservations (for phone-in customers), edit reservation details, change assigned tables, or cancel and reactivate reservations. All in real time.
Real-time table view
A visual view shows all restaurant tables as a timeline. Each reservation appears as a block on its table and time slot. You can distinguish open shifts from closed ones, previous day's reservations crossing midnight, and free tables. Clicking an empty slot opens the form to create a reservation for that table and time.
Named individual tables
Each table is configured individually: capacity, zone, and optional name. You can call it "Window", "Terrace 3", or "High Bar". The system lets you create tables one by one or in batches. In the table view, each row is a real table in the restaurant.
Manual reservations without restrictions
If a customer calls by phone, the restaurant can create the reservation manually at any time of day, even outside configured shifts. Tables are still assigned. Shifts only control when online reservations are accepted; physical tables are available 24 hours.
Table combination
When a group needs more space than a single table offers, the system can automatically combine up to four tables, choosing the combination with the least waste. If the restaurant prefers to control this manually, they can disable automatic combination and select tables one by one.
Email and Telegram notifications
Each new reservation generates a confirmation email to the customer and a Telegram notification to the restaurant. On the day of the reservation, the customer receives a reminder with two options: confirm attendance or cancel. If they confirm, the restaurant sees it in the dashboard. If not, it appears as "pending". Fully configurable.
Full reservation editing
The restaurant can modify any reservation detail: name, phone, email, date, time, number of guests, and notes. If the date or time changes, the system checks table availability before saving and warns if there's no table available for the new time.
Online cancellation by customer
The customer can cancel their reservation from a link in the confirmation email, without needing to call. The restaurant configures how many hours in advance cancellation is allowed. If someone cancels, the table is automatically freed for other reservations.
Smart alerts
Reservations that need attention are marked with a visual indicator: no table assigned, insufficient capacity, or tables from different zones combined. The restaurant sees at a glance which reservations need intervention.
Custom messages
Each restaurant can configure a message that is automatically included in confirmation emails, reminders, and the booking page. Ideal for parking instructions, dress code, access directions, or any relevant detail.
Flexible configuration
Opening hours, reservation duration, interval between tables, minimum and maximum capacity, restaurant zones, holidays, temporarily closed shifts — everything is configured from the dashboard without technical assistance.
